What are your shipping times ?

US Shipping Time Estimates

Please Note: Every product is shipped individually to ensure that you receive your product as soon as possible and at the lowest cost.

International Shipping Time Estimates

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping detail when checking out.

We will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes or Custom fees under any circumstances. If the order arrives at your country and...

  • Customs refuses to accept the package
  • Multiple attempts are made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

We reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.  

The tracking shows "Label Created" for a long time. 

We create shipping labels for orders at the same time the order enters production, but the shipping information will only update once the package is picked up, transported to the carrier shipping hub, and scanned. This means an order needs to be made, packaged, and then transported before an update on shipping will be displayed. During busy periods you may see "Label Created" for some time as this process is completed, but rest assured your order is being worked on.
What does "USPS as the last-mile partner" mean? 
FedEx/UPS will transport the package to the FedEx/UPS depot closest to the customer, from there USPS will come and collect the package and deliver it to the customers door. This service is very quick, and very flexible, as it allows FedEx/UPS to leverage their best-in-class freight network, and USPS' local delivery services such as Saturday delivery. Put simply, you get the best of both!
Is it possible to combine shipping charge when multiple items/orders are going to the same destination? To make sure we fulfill orders as quickly as possible, Some items can take longer to make than others, so we typically ship items in individual packages as soon as the items are produced

I placed my order, and my card was charged. When will my order ship?

We create most of our products to order, just for you, in our warehouse. Orders typically take about 1-2 business days to produce, then an additional 3-8 business days to ship.  Some specialty items ship internationally and may take a bit longer.  

What does “Awaiting Fulfillment” mean?

“Awaiting Fulfillment” means that we have received your order, and it will soon be put into our line of production. As soon as it is put into production, the status will change to “Awaiting Shipment.”

What does “Awaiting Shipment” mean?

“Awaiting Shipment” means that your order is currently in production. This process usually takes between 3-5 business days. Once you entire order has been created and double checked, it will be shipped out.

What should I do if tracking shows "Delivered" but I don't receive the item yet?

Sometimes, the item could be delivered to your neighbor or your family might already have it. Please check with them first. If not found, please contact us by email at support@giftofmodern.com. We will give you the tracking number that you can check with your local post office. In exceptional case, we will resend you a replacement but refund can't be issued on this.

Warranty

Can I cancel my order?

After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer support team for cancellation. They will be happy to process your cancellation and refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method that was used at the time of purchase. It typically takes 2-3 business days for the funds to process back into your account. 

There was an issue with my order. What should I do?

Return and Exchange Policy

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders

For other items, you have 14 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return or exchange your purchase from our store. Your package must not be post marked any later than 14 days from the delivery confirmation from UPS or USPS. 

Email us at support@GiftOfModern.com to receive your "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" (RMA).  Any returns sent without a RMA number will be rejected.  

It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to our store and provide us with valid tracking number. GiftOfModern.com shall send your exchanged item back at no charge, one-time (domestic only). Subsequent exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. 

We will send you your exchanged item(s) upon receiving your package within 24 hours. If the item you are looking to have exchanged for is out of stock, we shall notify you by email or phone as to the availability of the item.
